Allocate required resources and provide training with customer in house training to achieve the HSE objectives set by the customer
Empower line management and site supervisors to fully implement the HSE policy set by the customer
Encourage all employees to report unsafe acts, and conditions and empower them to stop work if the safety of person/persons and machinery is endangered
